I have been a Certified Reiki Practitioner for 5 years, a public school teacher for 15 years, a wife for 39 years, a parent for 33 years and a grandparent for 7 years.  In addition to my own personal recovery from anxiety disorder and depression, I have family experience with dementia, addictions, and eating disorders.  I know the possibilities for hope and healing are limitless.  

My ongoing training includes Reiki Master Practitioner Certification; Reiki refresher training and certification with Mary Preuss Olson; Intuitive Guidance with Michaela Torcaso of TIBIA, inc.; Six Sensory Practitioner Level I certification with Sonia Choquette;  Angel Therapy workshop training with Doreen Virtue; SoulCollage with Art Therapist, Audrey Chowdhury; Grief Counseling volunteer training with Hospice, Inc.; Godwriting (TM) with Gloria Wendruff; and A Course in Trust with Tama Kieves.

I have studied the works of Byron Katie, Tama Kieves, Geneen Roth, Eckhart Tolle, Elizabeth Gilbert, Caroline Myss, Clarissa Pikola Estes, Eve Wood, MD, Melody Beattie and Harriet Lerner among others.
