  • All communications between Jo Morgan and her clients shall
    remain private and confidential without exceptions.  
    Disclosure will be made only upon express written
    authorization.

  • All professional activities of Joywise Heart-to-Heart will be
    conducted with integrity, honesty and the intent to respect,
    support and empower the client.

  • The client has the right to terminate his/her session at any
    time if he/she is uncomfortable.

  • Jo Morgan reserves the right to terminate a client's session at
    any time if she is uncomfortable.
Terms of Agreement
By agreeing to receive the services provided by Joywise
Heart-to-Heart, the client understands that he or she may accept
or reject any statement made or any advice given during any
session.  The information provided or exchanged is not intended
to replace the guidance or care of any licensed medical
professional.  Jo Morgan is not a licensed psychologist or
physician, and will not be making any diagnosis or prescribing
treatment or medication for any medical problem or condition.
